Culture Basics Training
The Organizational Culture Workshop is designed as a building block for all other training and covers the two foundational models for culture change: the 12 Behaviors of an Actively Engaged Person and the Team Trek High Performing Teams model.
Leading for Engagement Training
Participants master the culture basics, work on the Five Capacities of Exceptional Leaders and learn the skills and competencies to coach for development. Master Coach Training
This an advanced coaching class for positional leaders who have been through prior Team Trek leadership training. This series of guided conversations between leaders and their direct reports focuses on "relational" coaching and building high trust to create the right conditions for coaching.
Leading without Positional Authority Training
This class is for individual contributors who are responsible for achieving results through other people with whom they have no positional authority. The focus is on how to engage others through influence.
