Life Changing Learning Experience.

Our 800-acre outdoor classroom is designed to simulate the real world... fast-paced, rapidly changing and ambiguous. We refer to this as "designed ambiguity". Learning to be agile in the face of ambiguity is an important part of the learning experience. That's why we talk a lot about what you'll learn while you're here, but we don't say much about what you'll be doing. Don't worry though... it's not about the physical challenge. In fact, it's common for us to have clients with physical limitations, and they have the same life-changing experience as everyone else on the team.

In everything, from breakfast to bunkrooms, from the softness of your bath towel to the wood stacked for your evening campfire, we strive for excellence. Our bunk room lodging is designed with teams and comfort in mind. Our dining hall staff prepares and serves “family style” delicious meals.

What's the ideal group size?

It depends. Most groups are between eight to 12 participants. However, Team Trek can accommodate groups of up to 30 participants.

What about COVID-19?

At Team Trek, your safety is our number one priority. We have taken steps to mitigate risks associated with the spread of COVID-19, including following guidance issued by the state of Arkansas. We are updating our response continually based on the most current guidance. Please contact us to learn more about our current protocols.

What if I have physical limitations?

While there are physical elements to some of our team problem solving events, the Team Trek experience isn't a test of your physical fitness. In fact, it is not uncommon for us to have teams with one or more individuals who have some sort of physical limitation. The focus is on personal growth and working together as a team. Every member of your team will have the opportunity to be a part of every challenge, regardless of any physical limitations they may have.

Can you accommodate special diets?

Absolutely! Our dining all staff will gladly accommodate special diet requests. Please let your program coordinator know in advance, and we will prepare meals in accordance to your request.
