Blake joined Team Trek as a Master Coach in 2025 after more than 15 years leading sales and manufacturing teams in the aerospace, packaging and metal fabrication industries. Since being introduced to Team Trek in 2015, Blake has been an active practitioner of Team Trek’s Culture Change Roadmap and Coaching Tools across various organizational levels at multiple companies.
 

Blake holds a Bachelor’s in Manufacturing Engineering and Technology from Tennessee Tech University and a Master’s in Business Administration with a focus in Leadership from Lipscomb University.  Blake is a native of Nashville, TN and currently lives in Murfreesboro, TN with his wife and two sons.
