Emotional & Social Competency Inventory (ESCI)

Although there is a genetic component to EI, studies prove emotional intelligence can be learned and retained over the long term. ESCI measures our capacity for recognizing our own feelings and those of others, for motivating ourselves, and for managing emotions effectively in ourselves and in others. It describes the behaviors that sustain people in challenging roles, or as their careers become more demanding, and it captures the qualities that help people deal effectively with change. The ESCI, a 360-degree, web-based instrument, highlights gaps between leaders' perception of themselves and how others perceive them.
